SONGSYNTAX PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: April 30, 2026

Last updated: April 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mosswood HR Solutions LLC, a Texas

limited liability company ("Mosswood," "we," "us," or "our"), collects,

uses, and protects information about visitors to songsyntax.com (the

"Site") and users of tools and services offered under the SongSyntax brand

(the "Tools"). SongSyntax is a brand operated by Mosswood.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site. Information

collected through individual Tools, where it is collected, is governed by

the same principles described here unless tool-specific terms specify

otherwise.

================================================================================

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

================================================================================

We collect information in the following ways:

1.1 Server logs. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider

automatically records standard server log information, including your IP

address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time

of your visit, the referring website, and similar technical information.

This is a standard feature of web hosting and occurs whether or not you

interact with the Site beyond viewing it.

1.2 Information you provide through the contact form. If you submit a

message through our contact form, we collect the information you choose

to provide, which may include your name, email address, and the contents

of your message.

1.3 Information you provide through email signup. If you sign up to

receive email updates from us, we collect your email address and any

other information you choose to provide. You may unsubscribe at any time

using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

1.4 Information you provide through Tool acquisition. When you acquire a

Tool, we may collect information necessary to deliver the Tool to you,

including your email address and information related to your access

credentials. Specific data collection associated with individual Tools

is described at the point of acquisition.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government

identification numbers, financial account information, or health

information through the Site. Payment processing for Tools, when

applicable, is handled through separate channels.

================================================================================

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

================================================================================

We use the information we collect to:

(a) Operate and maintain the Site;

(b) Respond to your inquiries when you contact us;

(c) Send you email communications you have requested or that relate to

Tools you have acquired;

(d) Deliver and support Tools you have acquired, including providing

access credentials and updates;

(e) Understand how visitors use the Site, in aggregate and at a basic

level (such as which pages are most visited);

(f) Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights;

(g) Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations

of our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information

with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

================================================================================

3. SHARING OF INFORMATION

================================================================================

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service providers. We may share information with third-party service

providers who help us operate the Site and the Tools (such as our hosting

provider and email service provider). These providers are authorized to

use the information only as necessary to provide services to us.

3.2 Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so

by law, in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights,

property, or safety of Mosswood, our users, or others.

3.3 Business transfers. If Mosswood is involved in a merger, acquisition,

sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as

part of that transaction. We will provide notice if your personal

information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.

================================================================================

4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

================================================================================

The Site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools at this time.

Our hosting provider may use technical cookies necessary for basic site

operation. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or social

media cookies.

If we add analytics or other cookie-based technologies in the future, we

will update this Privacy Policy to disclose such use.

================================================================================

your personal information:

5.1 Access. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold

about you.

5.2 Correction. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal

information.

5.3 Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information,

subject to legal exceptions (for example, information we are required to

retain for tax or legal compliance purposes).

5.4 Objection and restriction. You may object to or request restriction

of certain processing of your personal information.

5.5 Data portability. You may request a copy of your personal information

in a structured, machine-readable format.

is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

================================================================================

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

================================================================================

The Site and the Tools are not directed at children under the age of 13

(or under 16 in jurisdictions where that age applies under applicable

data protection law). We do not knowingly collect personal information

from children under those ages. If we learn that we have collected

personal information from a child under the applicable age without

verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

you provide may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

The data protection laws of the United States may differ from those of

your country of residence.

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the
